Job Description:

Business Analyst (finance), required for a company in Saudi Arabia.

– Develop budget forecast and re-forecast proposals for the department and for various programs and initiatives.
– Maintain accurate accounting records for all programs/initiatives in the ERP system, and provide financial reports for head of the department.
– Maintain accounting and financial data in line with auditing standards.
– Develop and examine financial models and reports for the purpose of benchmarking, and Operations Review for the department.
– Perform and develop cost benefit analysis related to projects and/or programs.
– Assist with review of contracts and negotiate pricing Manage contracts and ensure compliance.
– Develop business cases, and financial models for various new programs and initiatives.
– Examine all invoices and prior approvals before presenting for approval to budget.
– Develop and design financial processes and procedures for approval.
– Any other work assigned by General services manager.
– Develop KPIs, Finance Process.
– Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or other related field.
– Minimum of Three years experience in financial management or accounting.
– V-good practice with MS Office (Outlook, Power Point, Word, Excel, etc.).
– Experience in ERP (oracle) is preferable.
– Excellent command English and Arabic languages.
– Good command in negotiation skills.
