Job Description
Regional well established Medical Devices Company is looking for Regional Finance Manager who will be responsible for planning, controlling, monitoring, reporting and ensuring the financial success and health of the assigned region and aligning with Company financial strategy. He ensures healthy cash flow management and dividend distribution in line with the Groups financial objectives.
Key Aspects:
– Secure required financing for approved budget needs
– Consolidate the financial results of the countries within the assigned region
– Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
– Ensure the necessary control and financial risk management mechanisms are in place
– Ensure timely preparation of the financial statements and coordinates with external auditors
– Ensure all regional financial policies and procedures are aligned with Company strategies and standards
– Lead the development of the regions budget
– Regularly produce and review management financial results, provide analysis of actual vs. plans and recommend corrective actions
– Analyze past and current trends in KPIs such as revenue, expenses, capital expenditures to enable accurate financial planning and decision making
Requirements:
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
– 10 years experience in finance management
– Strong experience in budgeting, planning and reporting
– Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or business administration
– CPA, CFA or similar certification +
– Must be a Arabic Speaker
