Recruiter, required for a company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Choose the best channels to advertise for the vacant positions needed to be filled.
– Assist in searching and screening for the vacant positions based on the manpower plan.
– Assist in interviewing and evaluating the applicants.
– Assist in implementing all the hiring procedures for the new employee.
– Follow up all the issues related to the probation period.
– Make any other recruitment duties requested by the supervisor.
– Work on weekly recruitment reports.
Skills:
– Fluent English speaking, reading and writing.
– Good knowledge in using Microsoft Office Programs.
– Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
– Good Interpersonal Skills.
– Time Management Skills.
