We are looking for a Sales Manager willing to lead and manage sales activities in the field of electrical materials and wiring devices (Electrical switches and circuit breakers, Distribution boards, Indoor and outdoor lighting units, Smart lighting systems) in the Western and Southern regions of Saudi Arabia, including lighting units, to achieve sales growth, increase market share, and strengthen relationships with customers, distributors, and major projects, in line with the company’s goals and strategy.
Key Duties and Responsibilities –
1. Leadership & Team Management: Lead the sales team, set targets and KPIs, and develop staff capabilities through coaching and training.
2. Sales & Business Development: Drive sales of electrical products and lighting solutions, manage key accounts and major projects, expand market presence, and oversee tenders and bids.
3. Pricing & Profitability: Set pricing and discount policies, analyze market and competitor trends, and ensure healthy profit margins while supporting debt collection efforts.
4. Cross‑Department Coordination: Work closely with procurement, warehouses, technical/engineering, and finance to ensure product availability and alignment with project requirements.
5. Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, growth, and regional results, and provide recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience –
– Minimum 15 years of practical experience in Electrical materials, Electrical switches and circuit breakers, Indoor and outdoor lighting
– Proven experience in managing sales teams.
– Strong knowledge of the local market, suppliers, contractors, and consultants.
– Experience dealing with major projects and tenders.
– Bachelors in Electrical Engineering, or Masters in Business Administration will be a plus.
