Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager with strong import and export expertise to oversee end-to-end logistics operations. The ideal candidate will manage international shipments, customs clearance, warehousing, and coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure efficient and compliant logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee import and export operations in compliance with local and international regulations
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers
• Handle customs documentation, clearance, and duty/tax requirements
• Plan and monitor shipments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock movement
• Negotiate contracts and rates with logistics service providers
• Monitor logistics KPIs and prepare regular reports for management
• Resolve shipment delays, claims, and logistics-related issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies, trade laws, and HS codes
• Comprehensive understanding of supply chain contracts, compliance, process, terms and conditions ensuring all contractual agreements are signed appropriately.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics with strong import & export exposure
• In-depth knowledge of customs procedures, documentation, and international trade regulations
• Experience in warehouse and inventory management
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
