Job Title: PLF Operations Supervisor

Job Purpose

The PLF Operations Supervisor is responsible for coordinating PLF logistics operations, including customs clearance, port shuttling, truck movement follow-up, and client coordination. The role ensures smooth daily operations, compliance with Saudi regulations, and timely service to key clients such as SABIC.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with customs and clearing agents for timely cargo clearance.
• Follow up on port activities and PLF shuttling operations.
• Track and manage daily truck movements and transporter performance.
• Receive and execute logistics orders from SABIC and internal teams.
• Attend daily operational meetings and provide status updates.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on movements, delays, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety rules, and Saudi regulations.
• Support smooth coordination between ports, transporters, clients, and internal departments.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in PLF, port, or customs operations.
• Good knowledge of Saudi customs procedures and port operations.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily operational targets.
