-Liaises with approved recruitment agencies National and International for supply of manpower.
Coordinate with overseas recruitment campaigns.
Monitors the new hire process, to ensure that all steps are completed, in
accordance with established policies & procedures & that an appropriate
number of qualified staff are hired & trained to meet the needs.
Control, maintains and updates manpower plan and prepares related monthly
and weekly reports.
collect CVS to the concerned departmental heads for evaluation and
interviews.
Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted
time. Provide feedback to Line Manager regarding recruitment campaign.
Provide HR administration support for full employee life cycle.
Ensure that all employee data is maintained in the HR Database.
Management of annual air ticket process.
Management of travel related formalities.
Responsible for data maintenance and file management.
Suggest areas for process improvement in designated area of work.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management team.
Responsibility in any special projects.
Administer petty cash.
Handling employees’ personal files and records.
Manage any staff departures exit interviews and departure procedures, ensuring
processes alignment with company policies and culture.
Working knowledge of computer reservations systems.
Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate
destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations.
Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fee.
Maintain statistical and financial records.
