Production company in Riyadh, requires HR & Accountant with 3-5 years of experience
Age between 28-38 years
1) Should know to make petty cash files on daily basis and report
2) Should be able to create cost centers on Project basis to find individual project Profit/ Loss
3) Should have the working knowledge of Documenting invoices on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
4) Should know to create VAT files for submitting to government.
5) Submitting invoices to client, following for PO and tracking Jobs quoted for without PO etc.
and submitting report to Operation Manager and Board members
6) Prepare salary sheet for employees and handle HR duties
7) Handle all suppliers and their payments
8) Involve with purchasing dept.to create better suppliers and procurement of raw materials.
