********1 x sales executive for Clearance and Freight Forwarding*******
Looking for people experienced in The Freight and Logistics industry in Saudi Arabia.
You should be an experienced person with 3-5 years minimum in this field.
Iqama Transferrable is a must
Saudi Arabia Experience is a must
English + Arabic
or
English + additional foreign language (Tagalog – Urdu – Malaialam)
General knowledge and tasks for both positions:
Shipping line bookings
Airline booking or Reception of goods
Customs clearance (file preparation and translation)
Data entry on Saudi EDI
Transportation coordination
Customer coordination
Brokers follow up and monitoring
Invoicing
Freight Forwarding
Sales and Market for Door to Door Services
Coordination with Network agents (USA – Europe – GCC)
Negotiate rates and preparing offers
Assuring the proper document preparation from Origin
Assuring on time pick-up – departure and arrival of the goods.
Follow up on clients needs and anticipate future requirements.
