Location: Khoba
• Coordinate with salespersons and approve their stock request in Mirnah system
• Complete the process in SAP, & ensure appropriate stocks are given
• Settlement of salesperson routes as per the agreed time intervals and ensure banking done for all collections
• Solve issues of pricing ,customer credit, material return to ensure all materials delivered are invoiced and customer ageing is correct
• Conduct surprise checks on van stocks to ensure correctives of stocks
• Maintain file for expiry/damage/good material return in the proper format
• Make purchase request for stocks after review of warehouse stocks/sales projection as per timelines agreed
• Receiving of incoming material and “Goods Receipt Note” on time, and complete all documentation
• Check FIFO management in warehouse and take timely action
• Ensure that FOC items are received and properly accounted
• Coordinate with IT/purchase/accounts/Channel manager/Henkel Manager to speed up activities
Requirements/ Profile of Candidate
• Male ,age below 35 years , with experience in Saudi Arabia
• Has worked on IT systems , especially SAP and can work on Word/Excel
• English &, Arabic speaking mandatory, reading and writing Arabic preferred
• Mobile and ready to work anywhere in Riyadh/Dammam/Jeddah
• Transferable Iqama
• Able to join immediately , or a maximum of 15 days
• Quick learner , systematic, flexible and result oriented
