2. JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ROLE OF SHOP SALESMAN
• Able to work in a shop environment and responsible for sales, stocks, collections & customer service
• Work on the sales targets given and achieve them month after month
• Interact with customers and improve sales and ensure repeat visits
• Keep a database of customers and inform them about new products and stock availability
• Check the stock level of fast moving items and request stocks time to time to ensure product availability
• Ensure timely documentation for all stock movements
• Maintain proper display of stocks and stocks in good condition.
• Do cycle count of stocks and maintain stock correctness
• Invoicing is done on time and cash/cheque is collected
• Ensure banking is done for all collections
• Understand market trends and competitor moves and update management from time to time
• Safe keep of Petty cash and it is appropriate control and use
• Shop timings to be maintained and shop documents to be renewed and available in shop
• Ability to work on IT systems and have computer skills and is presentable at all times
• Coordinate with the Retail Channel Manager to ensure smooth operations
Requirements/ Profile of Candidate
• Male ,age below 35 years , with sales/trading experience in Saudi Arabia
• Able to speak Arabic, Urdu, English
• Mobile and ready to work anywhere in Riyadh/Dammam/Jeddah
• Transferable Iqama
• Able to join immediately , or a maximum of 15 days
• Quick learner , systematic, flexible and result oriented
• Must be aggressive, have a pleasing personality and able to understand customer requirements
