Job Description:
Welding Inspector / NDE Supervisor / NDE Technician, required for a company in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
Education and Experience:
– Must have experience in Heat exchanger manufacturing company (Air Cooled Heat Exchanger Preferred).
– Must be Level II in RT, PT, UT, MT.
– Must be familiar with Saudi Aramco Standards and other International Standards.
– Must have good negotiation and communication skills.
– Must have 2 years experience in Welding / NDE Department.
– Must have command in computer.
– Ability to read drawings / blue prints.
– Must be Engineer or Equivalent (Supplementary Requirement).
Job Responsibilities:
– Monitor the welding and assure compliance with the procedures and standards.
– Responsible for Preparing WPS / PQR and conducting Welder Qualification Test.
– Perform visual inspection of welds.
– Coordinate with production for radiography and other NDE test.
– Perform Radio graphic film Interpretation.
– Perform Liquid Penetrant Inspection (PT Test).
– Oversee outside supplier of X-ray services.
– Perform random inspections to ensure compliance with quality program and customer requirements.
– Perform routine inspections to ensure compliance with ASME and Saudi Aramco requirements.
– Conforming to all requirements of ISO 9001:2008 which is applicable to the company.
