We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the General Manager – Finance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the finance department. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager – Finance
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
• Prepare reports, presentations, and financial documents as required
• Handle correspondence, emails, and internal/external communication on behalf of the GM
• Assist in preparing budgets, financial reports, and data analysis
• Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Track deadlines and follow up on pending tasks and projects
• Arrange travel, meetings, and official events when required
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive financial and organizational information
