Job Description:
HR Manager, required for a company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Experience Required:
– Excellent oral and written communication skills.
– Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
– Knowledge of benefits and local, state and employment policies.
– Confidentiality, diplomacy and responsiveness.
– Excellent MS Office skills: primarily MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
– Minimum Education – Bachelor’s Degree in related area.
– 3+ years professional exempt experience in Human Resources with Bachelor’s Degree.
Essential functions include:
– Recruit (obtain and screen resumes as well as perform initial screening calls) and orient staff personnel.
– Assist with coordinating staff evaluations.
– Assist with addressing and resolving various personnel issues as they arise.
– Assist, as needed, with benefit plan administration.
– Draft documents, memoranda, e-mail, etc.
– Prepare periodic reports and special projects.
