Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Accountant for Food Industry based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
– The accountant is responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
– Gather data from invoices to ensure that billing information is accurate.
– Prepare financial management reports.
– Analyze vendor invoices to ensure pricing accuracy.
– Work with vendors and buyers to resolve billing inaccuracies.
– Record information in bookkeeping records from invoice data.
– This usually involves data entry into an accounting or bookkeeping software program.
– Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts.
– Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
– Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
– Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures.
Requirements:
– Education : Bachelor Degree.
– Experience : 5 years.
– Language : Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
