Job Description:
Key Accounts Manager, required for a leading multinational FMCG Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
– Should be able to lead a team of Sales Supervisors, Sales Representatives, and Merchandisers.
– Should be able to develop / design tailor made promotions as per the needs of the market.
– Should be able to negotiate and execute profitable business contracts with major Super markets / Hyper markets.
– Preferably have 4 – 5 years FMCG experience.
– Should be well versed with local markets (Hyper and Supermarkets)
– Pleasing personality with strong selling skills as well as flexibility to work in a highly matrixed environment.
– Must be able to prioritize work effectively in constantly changing environment and should be having a good communication and analytical skills.
