1) Develop by adding new customers OR selling new products to existing customers.
2) To gain knowledge about the products and communicate this knowledge to customers.
3) To maintain acceptable credit limit and manage collection.
4) Maintain and enhance customers relations.
5) Gather and communicate market business intelligence.
