Dear All,
Our company is looking for experienced HVAC supervisor and technician who have experience in maintaining HVAC of commercial buildings.
Brief maintenance responsibilities include below,
measuring and recording HVAC equipment readings and comparing against manufacturers recommended.
Checking and cleaning of control panel and it’s components.
Washing and cleaning of condenser coils, evaporator coils filters etc.
ensuring proper refrigeration cycle.etc
checking proper operation of thermostat & settings.
All other tasks of preventive and corrective maintenance of package units and chillers.
Requirements:
1: 2-4 years work experience as HVAC maintenance supervisor in KSA
2: Driving license
3: Transferable Iqama
4: Able to lead team of 4 technicians and helpers.
For technicians and helpers we don’t need driving license.
