Responsible for all operations with a clean, quality and service that optimizes performance and quality
Responsible for achieving the objectives and plan of the company defined for him sales – costs – the satisfaction of guests – the quality of the products
Responsible for submitting the required reports (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) or requesting assistance to assist other departments to speed decision making on their exact dates or as requested
Performs marketing programs for the restaurant and is determined by the marketing management and results reports.
Responsible for the implementation of health, safety and security systems (civil defense) in the restaurant and the presence of all the valid documents prescribed by the company that represents the application to be submitted to the official authorities in case of their visit to the restaurant and be directly responsible to the administration for breach of any of them.
Responsible for providing and securing the revenues of the company and following the security of the deposit from the security point of view from the branch until the bank deposit.
