Real Estate Company required FINANCE MANAGER
– Professional qualification having Masters Min. degree.
– Experience a minimum of 8 years experience of working independently in a senior management position in the finance department.
– Strong accounting, financial management and analytical skills.
– Sound knowledge of corporate laws and regulatory regimes.
– Well conversant with financial practices and internal control systems.
– To prepare quarterly and annual financial statements prepared in accordance with applicable financial reporting frame work and local laws.
– Monitor financial performance and advise CEO for appropriate actions on timely basis.
– Age between 35-45 years.
