Applicants should possess recognized engineering degree in respective field of work i.e. Civil or Water/Wastewater or Mechanical.
At least 15 years of demonstrated experience and proven project management skills / techniques out of which 5 years in managing large water projects of cities or managing operations & maintenance in the field of water and wastewater systems.
