Job Responsibilities
• Organize, implement, conduct and manage the QA/QC programs as per company quality policy.
•Inspects and approve incoming materials by conforming specification,cunducting visual and measurements test ,rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
•Inspect in-process production by confirming specification.
•Aprove finished product by conforming specification conducting visual and measurement tests, returning products for re-work and confirming re-work.
•Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs summaries re-work and waste and input data into quality database.
•Coordinate with the consultants in -charge and production supervisors for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the non compliance report.
•Carry out inspection of All faucet and valves Assembly, Backflow preventer, Mixing valves, shower testing,
•Testing all kinds of Sanitary tapware -Mechnical Mixing valves.
