Job Description:

Executive Secretary With Account and Finance Knowledge Required For Big Real estate Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Primary Responsibilities:

– Provide administrative Support to Director operation and Maintenance.
– Handle information requests.
– Prepare statistical reports.
– Manage spreadsheets.
– Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
– Coordinates office management activities.
– Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
– Helps prepare office budget.
– Maintain office procedures.
– Maintains vouchers and records.
– Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.

Skills:

– Analytic and problem solving.
– Effective verbal and listening and communications skills.
– Computer Skills(Microsoft Office at proficient level.
– Fluent in English( Speaking Listening,writing and Reading).
– English Language Skills Are Mandatory and Most Desirable.

Education Requirement:

– Master Or Bachelor Degree In HR or Account and Finance.
– Preference will be given to Pakistani Nationals with Transferable Iqama.

Salary package:

– Starting Salary Lumpsum 4000.
– After 3 Month Probation 25% Increase in salary.
– Medical insurance.
– Air Ticket and one month Salary After Completion Of 11 Month.
– Company Will Provide Iqama.
