Job Description:
Project Manager, required for a company in Saudi Arabia.
– Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering with 15 years of working experience.
– The position will be directly reporting to Area Project Manager and/or Head of Projects.
– Key responsibility includes preparation of project execution plan from conceptual design phase until handover.
– This includes prepare projects specs, material selections, project cost estimate, construction/tender docs, day to day management of
construction/renovations. Aside from being able to communicate effectively in oral and in writing, the applicant should be knowledgeable with Architectural / Civil Design and planning principles, operations.
