HR ADMIN EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR & Admin Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of KSA labor laws and be capable of handling both HR and administrative functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
Ensure compliance with KSA Labor Law and company policies
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases
Process payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance tracking
Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, Iqama renewals, and other government-related tasks
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Oversee general administrative tasks, office management, and facility coordination
Ensure timely renewal of licenses, permits, and company documents

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of HR & Admin experience in KSA
Strong knowledge of KSA Labor Law and government procedures
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Preferred Skills:

Experience in handling PRO-related activities
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
