Job Description:
Planning / Scheduling Manager, required for a company in Saudi Arabia.
– This position reports directly to the Head of Projects.
– The applicants will be working along with a Project Manager in estimating cash flow for renovation / construction project in measuring consultant’s performance.
– Key responsibilities includes approving the construction and design schedules submitted by contractors/consultants, prepare monthly project progress reports, review delay recovery look ahead schedules and visit projects sites on a regular basis.
– This position ensures that progress work on site is in compliance with approved schedules, major milestones are met and deficiencies are reported in order to correct or recommended actions to be taken.
