Cnc Machinist – Saudi Arabia

1. Responsible for set up and program the CNC machines for premium connections, API connections and other jobs in coordination with the section supervisor instructions
2. Select the appropriate machine for the task
3. Set up the machine and execute the job, assigned by the supervisor, in accordance with the routing sheet and drawing supplied
4. Execution of works in compliance with company quality system, API / ISO / OEM standards.
5. Check the work for quality and accuracy
6. Check the calibration status of the measuring instrument and inform the supervisor and QC, as when it is due for calibration.
7. Reports any faults or problems to the supervisor during or after machining
8. Ensure the machinery, tools, measuring instruments being used is clean, safe and good working condition.
9. Maintain safety in the working area and wear the PPE as set by the company.
10. Advise maintenance department for appropriate repair works required for CNC machines in order to avoid / minimize the loss of productive hours.
11. Complete the task and signoff the shop routing
12. Any other task that may assigned by direct supervisor / manager
