Telecom Network Administrator/Eng – Riyadh

Urgent Needed:-
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
• The first technical owner of any network technology or hardware related issue;
• To be responsible of the KPI and SLA of his team;
• To be first responsible of escalation of System critical alarms and problems;
Routine Actions
• Extensive knowledge of Routing and Switching technologies.
• Hands on experience on Cisco High End devices, Palo Alto, Fire Power and F5 LTM/ASM/WAF etc.
• Strong knowledge and troubleshooting skills of routing Protocols RIP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP etc.
• Strong knowledge of layer 2 technologies STP, PVST, Trucking, VTP, ether channels.
• Hands on experience of Cisco security devices ASA and FWSM Firewalls.
• Able to administrate Cisco DDOS
• Good knowledge and experience of AAA servers Cisco ACS & Cisco ISE.
• Hands on experience of Fire power Firewalls and Cisco IPS.
• Configurations and troubleshooting of F5 LTM/ ASM/WAF load balancers.
• Configuration and troubleshooting skills of Site to site VPN tunnels.
• Good knowledge of Remote access VPNs, any connect and SSL VPNs.
• Knowledge and implementation experience of Layer 2 and Layer 3 security policies.
• Extensive knowledge about static and dynamic NAT on Routers and Firewalls.
• Cisco data center high end Nexus switches, Cisco UCS and Virtual environment.
• Troubleshooting and configurations of Cisco Wireless LAN controllers.
• Good Problem solving skills and able to work in shifts.
• Able to work in projects as in supporting role, able to work in Team in challenging environment.
• Knowledge of SLA and KPIs and experience of ticketing solution.
• Second line support with necessary expertise to resolve issues escalated from first line diagnostics
• Provide guidance and implementation for software delivery and upgrades
• Provide technical reports to identify cause of problems, and give preventive guidance to avoid same problem happen again
• Escalate the trouble ticket to Third Line when they cannot solve it, and monitor it until solved
• Familiar with BMC remedy to handle ITIL.
Preferred Experiences
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science (IT) / Computer Science/ or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years or more experiences as Network administrator in IT Telecom industry
• Preferable to familiar with all vendor devices (Cisco/Fire power / F5 etc.)
• Contains required certifications
• Good knowledge in other Linux and DNS.
• Good knowledge of scripting.
• Excellent Troubleshooting skills.
