Job Description:

Store Keeper, required for a company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Essential Functions:

– Maintain inventory record (Racking, Tagging, and Coding) of manual and computer-based systems.
– Preparing and updating of store inventory location chart.
– Preparing of monthly material IN/OUT report.
– Responding to Procurement department queries and.
– Arrangement and coordination of material for on-time delivery to sites or warehouse.
– Preparing MDRs (material delivery report) on regular basis.
– Preparation of purchase requisitions, delivery notes, and other necessary documents.
– Ensuring physical control of materials.
– Organizing current store materials.

Requirements:

– Knowledge of Formwork / Scaffolding materials.
– Knowledge of construction equipment and materials.
– Experience using of databases and familiarity with MS Office and Outlook.
– Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction-based store or warehousing supervisory role.
