A leading Engineering Consultants company in partnership with UK’s Top Engineering Consultancy based in Jeddah has an urgent requirement. .
1) Mechanical ENG.
Fire protection ENG. Shall be professional engineer. Licensed in their respective countries and a have not less than 5 years of fire protection engineering experience in the following duties:
a. Implementing building codes, NFPA standards, etc.
b. Fire protection systems Engineering design
c. Development of Engineering Design Packages
d. A list of non-compliances
e. Fire hazardous area map
f. Fire protection systems for storage tanks Engineering design
g. Fire protection system calculations
h. Experience in Petrochemical Fire Protection Projects
2) Fire detection engineer (Electrical engineer)

Fire detection ENG. Shall be professional eng. Licensed in their respective countries and a have not less than 5 years of fire protection engineering experience in the following duties:
a. Perform standard fire detection systems tasks such as fire, smoke, gas detection systems specification, preliminary calculations.
b. Hazardous Area Classification
c. Must have good knowledge about fire alarm systems causes and effect procedures.
d. Implement NFPA standard specifications for assigned projects
e. Review fire, smoke, gas detection, riser diagrams, data sheets, FACP & FGCP panels contractor shop drawings and provide written comments
f. Perform field surveys, fire, smoke, gas detection systems inspections, and acceptance testing
g. Review the drawings for conformance with model and local codes, as well as NFPA standards
h. Research model and local codes, as well as nationally recognized standards to assist in the development of alternate methods of code compliance
i. Experience in Petrochemical Fire Protection Projects
3) Fire & Safety ENG.
Fire & Safety ENG. Shall be professional eng. Licensed in their respective countries and a have not less than 5 years of fire protection engineering experience in the following duties:
a) Safety studies (Process hazard analysis , Quantitative Risk Assessment (Fire & Explosion) SIL assessment, LOPA analysis, Bow-Tie)
b) Fire hazard analysis ( Passive Fire Protection , Fire hazardous area map , Hazardous Area Classification , Building sitting evaluation & Building occupancy classifications
c) Rev. Fire protection systems Engineering design
d) IT Skills : PHAST, PHAST-Risk, LOPA Works, PHA-Work
