Job Description:
We are ASK Gypsum Factory a Manufacturer of Gypsum Board and Gypsum Powder in KSA looking for 3 Dynamic Sales Coordinators with 3 to 4 years of Experience interested Candidates may apply for the job as per below JD.
– To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales inquiries, by telephone, Fax and E-mail, preparing brochures as required
– To follow up all inquiries, preparing proposals where necessary and facilitating show around with potential clients to show them our facilities.
– Promotion of our facilities to new and existing clients through a pro-active approach.
– Assisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by the sales manager and in association.
– To record the progress of all inquiries and translate into monthly report including source of business trends, inquiry conversion rates, future predicted sales and other reports as directed by sales manager.
– Ensure an efficient tracking system of all event paper work upkeep of client and agents database updating where necessary to allow effective promotions.
– Completion of weekly overview sheets to all departments including communication and administration of ancillary service.
