Main Requirement:-
– Mechanical technician with at least 3 years’ Experience in plastic industry
– Good verbal and written communication skills
– Creative problem solver
– Hard worker
Duties:-
– Diagnose machines break down
– Trouble shooting and repairing malfunction equipment
– Ability to perform corrective maintenance under supervision of maintenance engineer
– Lubricate machines according to lubrication plan
– Ensure machines running in a good condition and are maintained at high quality
– Repair the damaged SP : gear box , motor , pumps , conveyors …….
– Perform the preventive maintenance according to plan
– Follow the safety precaution
– Ensure workplace is clean after work finish
– Filling the maintenance reports according agreed rules (work order , periodic check list)
– Pneumatic and hydraulic system experience
– Ability to work efficiently with team and independently.
– Work all shifts flexibly when job demands
