Work Controller/Helpdesk

A leading security solutions provider and systems integrator in the Middle East. Security solutions such as Building management systems BMS , CCTV Surveillance, Biometric, Aerial Surveillance, fire alarm etc

Job Role:
Manage and oversee the Preventive & Corrective Maintenance activities.
Scheduling / Dispatching the team for Work Orders/Tasks. Allocate works orders to directly employed operations teams and / or supply chain.
Ensure Reactive and Planned Maintenance tasks are achieved to meet pre-determined KPI’s
Liaise with clients and contract staff, ensuring practice standards and development is achieved
Log & close calls / jobs on the helpdesk database utilizing helpdesk software. Calls / jobs may be received by telephone, email or in person.
Track job progress against pre-determined KPI’s including maximum allowable response and rectification times and implementing escalation procedures.
Report to clients and operational teams on works progress and completion.
Maintain and update as appropriate all paperwork subject to contract audit
Manage the sales administration duties to ensure orders are processed in a correct and timely manner.

Skills & Qualifications:
2 years’ plus work experience as Helpdesk or work control (dispatching & scheduling) experience within Maintenance & Operation or similar Industry.
Strong technical background in facility management; technical background in Security systems would be a plus.
Experience in SAP and CMMS or similar software.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Communication Skills in English is mandatory. Arabic would be a plus.
Candidates with working experience in industrial or Oil &Gas sector will be given priority.
