Contracting & Trading company in Al Khobar looking for candidates for the below positions
1. PROJECT MANAGER
Qualifications & Skills:
• 10+ years in project management experience
• Graduates will need a degree in civil engineering accredited by the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).
• Strong communication skills for liaising with a wide range of clients, professionals and workers on site
• Leadership skills and an ability to motivate your team to ensure a high standard of work
• Excellent planning and organizational skills for writing and monitoring project plans and schedules and utilizing time and resources effectively
• Resilience and problem-solving skills to overcome unexpected challenges during the construction process
• An ability to make decisions under pressure so that the project can progress
• Strong attention to detail for conducting site inspections and managing complex contracts
• An awareness of health and safety procedures and legislation to run a safe construction site
• Sound commercial awareness to allocate and manage your budget effectively and to understand client concerns
• Math and IT skills, including knowledge of relevant building methods and project management software to manage information and finances during the project.
2. PROJECT CIVIL ENGINEERS
Qualifications:
• 5+ years in project civil engineering experience
• Graduates will need a degree in civil engineering accredited by the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).
• Be able to complete construction projects by preparing engineering design and documents; confirming specifications.
• Must have good communication skills in verbal and written English. With Arabic communication skill is an advantage.
• Must have a relevant construction & estimation experience with building & site development civil works.
• Must have knowledge regarding international codes & standards of civil engineering works
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD or other computer-aided design software applications
• Must have valid Saudi or country driving license.

3. PROJECT MECHANICAL ENGINEERS
Qualifications:
• 5+ years in project mechanical engineering experience
• Graduates will need a degree in mechanical engineering accredited by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IME).
• Be able to complete construction projects by preparing engineering design and documents; confirming specifications.
• Must have good communication skills in verbal and written English. With Arabic communication skill is an advantage.
• Must have a relevant construction & estimation experience with HVAC, plumbing, & fire protection system.
• Must have knowledge regarding fire suppression system like FM-200, NOVEC-1230, C02 and others system.
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD or other computer-aided design software applications
• Must have valid Saudi or country driving license.
4. PROJECT ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS
Qualifications:
• 5+ years in project electrical engineering experience
• Graduates will need a degree in mechanical engineering accredited by the Institution of Electrical Engineers (IEE).
• Be able to complete construction projects by preparing engineering design and documents; confirming specifications.
• Must have good communication skills in verbal and written English. With Arabic communication skill is an advantage.
• Must have a relevant construction & estimation experience with building and site development electrical system.
• Must have knowledge regarding Data, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address, IP Clock, Security and others systems.
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD or other computer-aided design software applications
• Must have valid Saudi or country driving license.
5. PROJECT HVAC SUPERVISOR
Qualification & Skills:
• Thorough knowledge of heating, ventilation and refrigeration theory
• Minimum of three to five years of direct supervisory HVAC service experience. Considerable experience in the installation, maintenance, or repair of HVAC and related environmental control systems Education Required:
• High school diploma
• Successful completion of technical school or completion of HVAC apprenticeship or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Considerable knowledge of the design and operation of pneumatic control systems
• Considerable knowledge of the practices, methods, materials, and equipment used in the installation and testing of HVAC equipment
• Working knowledge of electricity
• Ability to diagnose equipment malfunctions and prescribe repair procedures
• Ability to train and supervise others
• Ability to prioritize, plan, assign, coordinate and direct the work of HVAC mechanics and crew leaders
• Ability to supervise the fabrication, installation and testing of air duct for HVAC system.
• Coordinating skills to schedule work so classes are not interrupted; maintain records of time and materials used on all jobs
• Analytical skills to diagnose HVAC problems; and to understand and work from blueprints, schematics, sketches or pencil drawings
• A computer and software skill is an advantage.
• Incumbent must be able to work well as a team member; must be self-driven, reliable, and responsible
• Leadership skills to supervise the work of the HVAC department
• Ability to perform special assignments as required or to meet the ongoing needs of the department Knowledge:
• Knowledge of safe work methods and practices
• Knowledge of tools and materials used in HVAC installation and testing work
• Knowledge of national, state and local codes
• Knowledge of use and care of tools and equipment necessary to HVAC work
• Knowledge of mathematical skills to help the HVAC engineer in estimate the cost of work.
6. PROCUREMENT STAFF/BUYER
Qualifications& skills:

• Collage degree or equivalent
• Four (4)+ years previous experience as procurement officer or related Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Accurate and precise attention to detail
• Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
• Goal-oriented, organized team player

7. Site Labor

Qualifications& skills:

• Should have at least more than 3 months valid iqama
• Should have good experience in construction job site
