• Total 8+ experience in administration assistance/secretary.
• Skilled in general administrative requirement for manpower, office management , time keeping, control records, effective document filing/tracking/records, control and update on training calendar.
• Minimum 5 years in Oil and Gas as admin assistance and secretary, preferred past experience with Saudi Aramco or JVs.
• Good skills in MS office and windows.
• Good skills in SAP.
• Fluent English writing, speaking.
