Job Description:

Sales Manager, required for a company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Job Purpose:

– Provides leadership to the sales department and counsel in implementing sales objectives that appropriately reflect the organization’s business goals.
– Drives sales growth by prospecting for new accounts and leveraging the customer base.

Requirements:

– Experience: at least 4 years in tools/ machinery/ equipment industry.
– Age: more than 35 years.
– Nationality: Indian/ Pakistani/ Sudanese/ Jordanian.
– Language: Arabic and English.

Responsibilities:

– Formulate all sales strategies, policies, practices and procedures.
– Establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
– Train, supervise and support the sales team to supply HOBSCO products to identified customers.
– Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiate sales price and discounts.
– Setup, maintain, and modify sales territories for the optimal deployment of junior sales personnel.
– Hold regular meetings with sales staff while monitoring and evaluating their performance.
– Establish sales objectives by forecasting expected sales volume, analyzing trends and results.
