Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join the Sales Department of Bamanie Lifting Company, HOBSCO Group in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
– Provides leadership to the sales department and counsel in implementing sales objectives that appropriately reflect the organizations business goals.
– Drive sales growth by prospecting for new accounts and leveraging the customer base.
Role and Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Manager in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
– Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiate sales price and discounts in consultation with Sales & Marketing Manager.
– Setup, maintain, and modify sales territories for the optimal deployment of given brand.
– Hold regular meeting with S&M staff while monitoring and evaluating the customer requirement.
– Establish sales objectives by forecasting expected sales volume by analyzing trends and results gathered from the market research.
– Research and familiarize with new construction technologies and solutions that exist in the market.
