We are looking for a Office/Admin Assistant. You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting clients and visitors, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties, Sending Emails, Sending Invoices .Accepting and filing vendors and customers invoices .handling petyy cash and enter in our ERP petty invoices overtime and attendance sheet update in ERP system every day
Requirements:
2 years experience and above
Good communication skills
Must know air-ticket and hotel reservation
Good typing speed
Drafting emails, filing, documentation and archiving
Must know Microsoft Office
Able to complete tasks within time frame
Efficient and reliable
Transferrable Iqama
Local Hiring must be in Riyadh
