A leading Real Estate Company announces its need to hire candidates / personnel in Riyadh, in the following functions:
Draftsman
– Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Urban Design or Urban Planning is an advantage.
– Minimum 5 years of experience, good communication skills, common sense, computer literate, technical Engineering background and CAD skills. Basic knowledge and experience in Urban Planning
– Experience in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD 2014 or recent CAD versions.
– Experience in 3D Max, REVIT, CIVIL-3D and / or any other 3D Modeling software
For all candidates:
– Extensive knowledge and experience in the Construction Industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
– Computer proficiency. Analytical thinking.
– Fluent in English (read, write and speak).
– Experience in leading and driving change.
– Strong coordination skills across multi-cultural execution environment.
– Proactive & Strong attitude towards innovation and change.
– Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
– Strong research and presentation skills.
