A leading Real Estate Company announces its need to hire candidates / personnel in Riyadh, in the following functions:
Cost Engineer
– Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
– Minimum 5 years of experience, good communication skills, technical Engineering background and cost assessment skills
– Experience in calculation of Unit Rates and labor productivity, and materials consumption rates standards across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is required.
For all candidates:
– Extensive knowledge and experience in the Construction Industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
– Computer proficiency. Analytical thinking.
– Fluent in English (read, write and speak).
– Experience in leading and driving change.
– Strong coordination skills across multi-cultural execution environment.
– Proactive & Strong attitude towards innovation and change.
– Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
– Strong research and presentation skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team and fast-paced environment.
