URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR BAKERY STAFF IN KHOBAR
Chef De Parties Bakery and Viennoiseries (CDP Bakery)
Candidate with a work history from the French Artisan Bakery.
• Qualification: Hotel Management Graduation or Specialization Certificate in Bakery
• Experience: Minimum 10 Years Proven experience Internationally in Pastry and Bakery, 2 Years at least worked in Croissants and Laminated Doughs
• Key Skills
o Knowledge in Exclusive French Croissants, Puff Pastries, and Artisan Bakery
o Good Knowledge in Homemade paste and fillings
o Hands-on Knowledge in handling Dough sheeter and laminated dough.
o Able to manage daily production and Maintain Hygiene Standards in the Kitchen
o Proactive, Flexible, and Communicative. Able to work under pressure.
Demi Chef De Parties Bakery and Viennoiseries (DCDP Bakery)
Candidate with a work history from the French Artisan Bakery.
• Qualification: Hotel Management Graduation or Specialization Certificate in Bakery
• Experience: Minimum 7 Years Proven experience Internationally in Pastry and Bakery, 2 Years at least worked in Croissants and Laminated Doughs
• Key Skills
o Knowledge in Exclusive French Croissants, Puff Pastries, and Artisan Bakery
o Good Knowledge in Homemade paste and fillings
o Hands-on Knowledge in handling Dough sheeter and laminated dough.

Commis III Bakery
Candidate with a work history from the Fine French Patisseries like Incredible Arts or any such Academy background is preferred.
• Qualification: Hotel Management Graduation or Specialization Certificate in Fine Pastries and Chocolate.
• Experience: Minimum 5 Years’ experience in Pastry and Bakery in India or Abroad.
• Key Skills
o Knowledge in Exclusive French Pastries and Artisan Bakery
o Able to work in shifts and work under pressure
