Job Description:

Executive Secretary, required for a company in Saudi Arabia.

– University degree with excellent English verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
– Sound knowledge of computer programs (windows, Microsoft office, Photoshop etc.).
– Able to act as representative in events, gatherings and meetings, and presenting information on behalf of the Manager, Planning and preparing meetings, working with clients, scheduling and preparing for conferences.
– Managing and maintaining data shared between the departments, filing and recording information.
