Job Description:
Quantity Surveyor, required for a company in Saudi Arabia.
– Bachelors degree in Engineering / Quantity Surveying, minimum 5 years experience in pre and post construction quantity surveying.
– Knowledgeable of the Gulf standards and practices.
– Proficient in preparing Quantity Surveying documents including budgetary and cost estimates from sketch drawings and Bill of Quantities for all disciplines.
– Able to evaluate, prepare and implement variation orders, cost analysis and draw up reports on changes to work and contractor’s claims/variations.
