Job Responsibilities
Note: Must had worked with power plant clients such as SEC, NOMAC in the Western Region.

He would be responsible for developing the business & achieving budgets for the specific accounts and principals.
Additionally, the candidate will also be needed to prepare proposals and submissions, technical approvals of products, vendor registration and be updated with competition information.
Responsible to develop and execute the assignments / projects awarded to him during the business by the Operations Manager.
Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Line management.
Manages relationship within customers and principals.
Develops sales and liaises with Sales Manager & Logistics / support teams for execution.
Reviews progress of sales and achievement throughout the year.
Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
Develops specific plans to ensure achievement and revenue growth in all principals’ products.
Provides quarterly / half yearly results assessments of sales activities.
Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
Ensures all sales policies, practices and procedures are followed.
Collaborates with Sales Manager to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
Interprets short-term and long-term effects on sales strategies in achieving profit.
Upgrades by proper timely training as required for himself, customer programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.
Collaborates with Sales Manager — Principals & achieve and establish budgets for sales, exhibitions, seminars and trade shows.
Holds regular meetings with customers, liaises with principals and organize customers meetings.
Job Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Western and South Region
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering as a minimum qualification is required.
Be competent in all aspects of Product (approvals) and Sales Management (Bidding,
Negotiations, Demand-Supply mapping).
Computer expert in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, ERP and Outlook.
Must have good leadership and inter-personal skills.
Very good communication skills in English.
Must be a team player and customer focused.
