We looking for an Operation Manager experianced in Maintenance field.
Key responsibilities include:
*staffing the department; developing key maintenance contracts; establishing standards, policies and work practices for safe and efficient plant maintenance; and developing spare parts strategies to ensure availability and minimize costs.
* Ensure mechanical reliability of the Sipchem Petrochemical Complex in a cost effective manner utilizing best practices for predictive and preventative maintenance.
* Define and monitor key maintenance performance indicators including: safety, reliability, budget & cost performance and labor efficiency. The KPI’s will be used to achieve world-class performance.
