We are looking for the position mentioned below.

Position: Technical Clerk

Requirements:
• Min diploma or Secondary School Certificate with a discipline-specific
• Technical Qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 03-05 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in preparing reports and presentations, handling filing and documentation.
• Manage day-to-day functioning of Technical Department, as advised by Supervisor
• Prepare, monitor, control and file department documents
• Manage documentation program, ensuring that a tracking system is in place and maintained
• Prepare internal memos as required by the Department Manager
• Record and create all vendors data and categorize them as per division activities along with approval of division superior
• Proficient in computer applications:(MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Publisher)
• System Application and Products (SAP), IMS, email, multimedia, research skills using internet
• Gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
• Well-organized, can handle a variety of assignments, multitasking

Work Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia

Duration: 1 Year (Extendable)
