Requirements
5–8 years of proven experience as a Sales Engineer in Civil Construction (mandatory)
Strong technical knowledge of civil construction systems, materials, and project requirements
Proven ability to manage key accounts, major clients, and consultants
Excellent negotiation and commercial skills
Ability to work independently and lead sales activities
Language Skills
English: Good (spoken & written)
Arabic: Moderate
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mech/Elec. are preferable.
Marketing Graduation
Saudi driving license preferred
Professional attitude with strong communication and leadership skills
Key Responsibilities
Lead sales activities for civil construction projects
Manage and maintain relationships with major clients and consultants
Support business development and strategic sales growth
Coordinate with management on sales strategy and project opportunities
