Data Entry & Document Controller

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry & Document Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in managing data entry tasks and maintaining proper documentation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input, update, and maintain data in various systems and databases.

Control and manage documents using an organized filing system (physical and digital).

Ensure document accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards.

Retrieve documents and files when needed for internal and external use.

Support the administrative team in maintaining organized records.

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry and document control.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook).

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
