Job Responsibilities:
1.Assist the Project Manager and Civil Engineers in implementing on-site construction management.
2.Organize personnel, assign work, and control the progress at the construction site.
3.Ensure construction quality, safety, and compliance with site regulations.
4.Read and understand construction drawings, and coordinate technical issues on-site.
5.Communicate effectively with client representatives, supervisors, and other trades to ensure smooth construction progress.
6.Organize safety briefings and daily technical briefings for workers.
7.Prepare daily site reports and assist in compiling progress reports.
Job Requirements:
1.Aged between 25–40, in good physical health, and able to adapt to overseas working environments.
2.Any nationality is welcome; fluent English communication is required. Basic Chinese is a plus.
3.Minimum of 5 years of on-site management experience in civil construction.
4.Familiar with civil construction processes such as concrete structures, rebar, formwork, and masonry.
5.Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to effectively manage labor teams.
6.Familiar with safety regulations and strong awareness of site safety.
7.Candidates with experience in projects located in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia will be given priority.
