SALES COORDINATOR (Engineering / Construction Industry)
Prepares, coordinates, and manages tender processes for our engineering projects, ensuring our bids are competitive, compliant, tracking of materials procurement & Logistics and technically sound.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tender Preparation: Technical Writing: Collaboration: Cost Estimation: Compliance: Risk Management: Bid Review and Submission: Participates in bid review meetings to refine and finalize bids. Manage the submission process to meet deadlines.
Handle all client portals: regularly for issued RFQ’s, purchase orders, enquiries, and contracts.
Post-Tender Analysis: Analyzes the outcomes of tenders, whether successful or not, to improve future bidding strategies.
Client Interaction: Occasionally engage with clients to clarify tender requirements or to present the company’s capabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field)
Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role within the engineering or construction industry.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of engineering principles relevant to the company’s field of operation. Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages – a plus.
Knowledge in Document Controlling is a plus factor.
Have experience in SABIC and ARAMCO tender is a plus factor.
Familiarity with international tendering practices. Computer Literate.
Proficient in using CRM systems, MS Office, email, and online platforms.
Has a positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset with a team spirit to work well with others inside and outside the organization.
